Quality and compliance commitments

State registration and licensed trades
We register with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry as a construction contractor. Electrical and other licensed trades on a scope are carried out by licensed contractors, never under our registration.
Insurance on every project
A certificate of insurance for general liability and workers' compensation, naming the owner and property manager, is issued before mobilization.
Code basis
Work is designed and permitted to the codes in force in Minnesota at the time of the permit, currently the 2020 Minnesota Building Code and the 2024 Minnesota Energy Code.
Cold-weather plan
Twin Cities winters reach -20°F. Every proposal states which tasks run in winter, which need heated enclosures and which wait for spring.
Occupied-building rules
Daily cleanup, lift and scaffold zones barricaded, entrances kept open, and noisy grinding scheduled with the property manager.
Warranty walk
We re-inspect repaired walls at 11 months and note any defect for repair before the workmanship warranty year ends.
